What Is Health and Wellness Coaching?

It is an extremely effective form of coaching that uses the latest research and strategies in positive psychology and habit / behaviour change. We work together as a team to create new habits and behaviours that enable you to achieve what you have not been able to before.

Do you ever think about changing something but lack the motivation to do it. There are a few key areas to address here – Hope – Self Belief -Purpose – It’s kind of like knowing you are going overseas someday but you don’t know when how or where you are going so you don’t have the drive to get things moving.  We tackle this area by creating purpose – working on self belief and hope so you have the motivation to change.

We all  know that exercise is super important for health for so many reasons – what we don’t realise is that to find the right balance of exercise that works for you is critical for long term sustainability  and results.

Kerri is a Metabolic Health Coach, Professional Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Consultant and Hormone Enhancement Coach. Kerri is a registered and certified member of FITREC and Wellness Coaching Australia.

Kerri has more than 16 years experience working in the Health and Fitness Industry and has been pivotal in transforming countless lives during this time.

She has a likable character with unique qualities, giving her the ability to motivate, inspire and support her clients in a non-judgemental environment. Kerri’s key to success is her methodical process of collaborating with clients to achieve results.
