For example – lf you just look at mood our mood is affected by sleep – stress – energy – hunger – food – our overall lifestyle to a degree.

Now our mood can affect how we feel – positive or negative
Our mood can affect our movement
Our mood can affect our sleep (hello Monkey brain)
Our mood can affect our decisions – food – exercise – timeout
Our mood can affect our relationships
Our mood can affect our mindset – can I or can’t I ?

Now if for example you wanted to lose weight – and you didn’t take into account the mood and how it affects your decisions and why your mood is where it is …. and only focused on a diet and exercise program – What do you think will happen ????

Are you setting up for eventual failure? Further affecting mood ……. Hmmm – is diet the answer or is it something else?
Bahaha. So many questions to think about – I gotcha thinking ?
