Why can’t i stick with this?

When people drop out of things they do so for for different reasons.
Some common thoughts that go through your head right before you quit are –
1 ” I’m bored”
2 “ the effort isn’t worth the reward “
3 “ this isn’t important to me “
4 “ i can’t do this so I might as well give up “
How to find grit –
interest – enjoy what you do ..
Practice – daily discipline of trying to do things better then you did yesterday.. everyday is opportunity to improve .. zero in on weakness

“Whatever it takes I want to improve “ 

Purpose – your work matters – interest without purpose is almost impossible not to sustain
Hope – defines every stage of grit from beginning to end .. important to keep going even when things are difficult or we have doubt . In life we get knocked down if we stay down we lose if we get up we win ..
Think about it …
What have you done before that you have stuck with and did it satisfy All the above ..
What do you need to change now to keep it real and consistent??
